Today's Donkey Island, also known as "Goni" with its old name, is an ideal and fun place for daily yacht trips with its clean coves and hospitable donkeys, 1 hour away from Çeşme. Due to its natural location, it is very suitable for underwater and surface sports in its bays that are closed to the north winds.
The entire island is covered with scrub vegetation. There is a fresh water well that works with wind and solar energy for the donkeys living on it.
